Shipping policy

All orders are made to order and shipped within 7 business days. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Shipping transit time for U.S. orders is typically 5 - 7 business days. International orders generally take 10 - 21 business days to arrive, depending on customs processing and the destination country.

Because all items are custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges on custom products. However, if there is a mistake with your order or your item arrives damaged, please take a clear photo of the issue and email it along with your order details to presstheday@gmail.com. We will review the situation and work with you to resolve it as quickly as possible.
